Fatal Frame to Wii U?

If you’ve ever been a fan of survival horror games, then you are well aware of a title called Fatal Frame. For those of the unenlightened, Fatal Frame puts you in the first person perspective as you investigate haunted locations. The hook? Your only defense, and ways of seeing the ghastly ghouls, is a camera. No weapons, no refuge…no hope. Pretty good tag line, huh? Anyway, the game lends itself very well to what the Wii U, and in particularly what the gamepad, can do. A forward facing camera and a survival horror game should have been done a long time ago and Fatal Frame will do it well. Nintendo tweeted that there will be a streaming event for the announcement for the upcoming Wii U version of the classic horror game. Nothing more than a Japanese release is expected, but I would say that it would be safe to assume that if sales are high then we can expect an announcement for the states soon. Stay tuned for any information for a North American release…
