HBO GO Coming to PS3 and PS4

HBO GO is an excellent service for anyone who is a HBO subscriber. Offering access almost immediately to many of the channels movies, as well as all of its amazing original programming from Game of Thrones to The Newsroom.

Now PlayStation owners can enjoy these awesome features. HBO announced that the HBO GO app will be coming to the PlayStation 3 “soon”, with a PlayStation 4 app to follow later in the year. The app will be a completely free download, though an HBO subscription through your cable or satellite company is required (unfortunately).

If you just can’t wait, HBO GO is currently available on all iOS and Android devices, AppleTV, Roku Players (with limited carrier support), Xbox 360, and probably other device I can’t think of at the moment. An Xbox One version of the app is also supposed to release later this year.
