Fox has announced that John Noble, the star of Fringe and guest star during season one of this years surprise hit Sleepy Hollow, has been officially promoted to a series regular for the sophomore season, scheduled to air this fall. While this should come as no surprise to anyone who watched the first season, it still counts as great news for the show, as Nobles Sin Eater character was one of the many bright spots in the shows run, and is always a welcomed addition to any series.
Additionally Lyndie Greenwood, who plays the Jenny, sister to the shows female lead Abby Mills has also been confirmed to return as a series regular, she appeared in 10 of season one’s 13 episodes, though she ended the finale in a less than desirable state. No set return date has been announced for season two, but we’ll be sure to update you as soon as it is.
If you haven’t already, check out Evan’s review for season one, which concluded just a few weeks ago with what I consider to be one of my favorite season finales for any show in history. And keep it tuned to Free4Geeks.com for any further news on Sleepy Hollows return this fall.
