Tales From the Borderlands Date Revealed…RIGHT NOW!

Telltale Games is on quite the role right now. Not only are they experiencing almost unprecedented success with their adaptation  of Robert Kirkman’s The Walking Dead (both seasons 1 and 2) but also had great critical praise for their new series The Wolf Among Us. Earlier this year, it was announced that Telltale would not only be handling the much lauded Game of Thrones license, but also the episodic series for Gearbox’s Borderlands. Tales From the Borderlands would be a point-and-click adventure, a far cry from the madness that is their open world FPS. The highly anticipated first episode for Tales From the Borderlands got a release date today…and it’s right now! Bwaaahh??

There has been a lot of speculation for the releases of Tales and the Game of Thrones adaptation but nothing has been solid at all. Telltale has been notorious for spontaneuosly releasing episodes of Walking Dead Season 2 and The Wolf Among Us. The launching of these new franchises, not just episodes, in this way seems a mistake to me but we have a new Telltale game nonetheless. If you’re an owner of a PS3, PS4 and PC you can actually download this right now. Today. Seriously, go get it. If you have an Xbox One, you can pick yours up tomorrow. 360 owners. for some reason, have to wait until December the 3rd. Oh well. Stay tuned for a review in the coming days! Cheers!
